Aims And Objectives

- to evaluate parents satisfaction regarding the quality of dental care provided by pediatric clinics in dental division Ahmadi hospital - Investigate the factors associated with the degree of overall satisfaction. - And to explore the thoughts, feelings and attitudes of the pediatrics patients parents/guardians who accompany the child for care to the clinic.

Dental care is changing from the traditional provider-based structure to a more patient- centered model. In order for dentists to be successful, patient satisfaction is key. It has been noted that with improved patient satisfaction, increased compliance and improved clinical outcomes occur, these are relevant to all aspects of dental practice but are particularly so in those situations where both parents and patient cooperation is essential. 130 participants (parents of our patients) from three pediatric dental clinics in Ahmadi Hospital dental division completed a questionnaire to measure patient satisfaction with clinical and nonclinical dental services.

30-40 General Dentists & All Specialists
