Aims And Objectives

Proper assessment and diagnosis is the core treatment plan given to any patient. On the other hand, treatment planning, quality of treatment and proper recalls systems are the triad of long lasting treatment. This can be done only when the correct diagnosis achieved.

Content Outline

Proper risk assessment plays an important role in treatment planning of any case. Unfortunately, risk assessment occupied the least interest of health provider daily practice. Many patients have been examined, assessed, diagnosed and treatment plan formed. Multidisciplinary treatment was used. Ways of proper assessment and diagnosis has been emphasized in the presentation.
