The course is aimed at all dentists eager to make a qualitative leap in their daily approach to endodontics, with particular attention to simplicity and remuneration of the procedures to immediately obtain optimal clinical results, repeatable and predictable.

Content Outline

The presence of alterations in the normal endodontic anatomy is one of the most frequent causes of failure of root canal treatments. Anatomies not found and not treated, together with pathological changes (altered apexes) and iatrogenic damage (false paths, ledge and canal blockage ) mean that the clinician often finds himself having to manage cases that represent a real challenge also for the operator more experienced. Starting from a careful analysis of the scientific literature and through the discussion of clinical cases, the speaker will illustrate the rationale for setting the correct treatment plan with an orthograde or surgical approach. Furthermore, all the most recent techniques, modern ultrasonic, mechanical and manual methods, and the new materials necessary for the clinical management of orthograde retreatments will be described.
