Aims And Objectives

Disassembling & Access in Retreatment Cases: the course objective is to know the land mark inside the access cavity to search for the canals in redo and in calcified cases also in normal root canal treatment. 2. Removal of Obturation Materials: the objective is to understand what kind of instruments we need in each case and the use of ultrasonic in endo 3. Rotating & Reciprocating Files Instrument Selection and nickel titanium knowledge: the objective is to understand nickel titanium and the different kind of heat treat that different companies are doing to know which file to use in each case 4. The Management of the Apical Third: the objective is to understand the importance of the apical third as The Key to Success in Endodontic Retreatment and initial treatment 5. Removal of Metal & Fiber Posts: which technique to use in order to remove metal and fiber post 6. The Broken Instruments Management: Different Options: Removal, Bypass, Wait &See 7. The use of cbct in daily practice, from crack to retreatment to migrating infections. 8. Aberrant Anatomy: Diagnosis & Management in conducting those cases and the use of CBCT in endodontics 9. The chemical preparation of the root canal system, which irriguant and what sequence and which device: the objective is to know our chemicals and how to use them in a specific sequence in order to reach canal disinfection 10. The presence of alterations in the normal endodontic anatomy is one of the most frequent causes of failure of root canal treatments. the clinician often finds himself having to manage cases that represent a real challenge also for the operator more experienced specially that we work in such a small area. Starting from a careful analysis of the scientific literature and through the discussion of clinical cases, the speaker will illustrate the rationale for setting the correct treatment plan and how to use the microscope and CBCT in endodontics.
