Aims And Objectives

1- To increase the knowledge about the most recent updates in diagnosis and management of syndromic short stature and osteoporosis in children. 2- To raise the awareness about secondary osteoporosis in children among general pediatricians and family physicians. 3- To increase the knowledge among nurses about proper anthropometric measurements assessment for early detection of short stature.

Content Outline

1- Diagnosis and management of syndromic short stature. 2- Diagnosis and management of secondary osteoporosis in children. 3- Orthopedic interventions modalities and obstacles in children with osteoporosis. 4- Effect of puberty manipulation on growth.
