Aims And Objectives
To provide all the tutors in our big internal medicine program to attend the foundation module that was developed by KIMS as a requirement for all tutors
Content Outline
Day 1 Teaching: Principles of teaching and learning, clinical teaching (cognitive), constructive feedback, clinical teaching (psychomotor) Day 2 Assessment: workplace-based assessments (EPAs), Cognitive tests (MCQs, SAQs), Psychomotor Tests (OSCEs, mini-CEXs), Leadership in Academia.
Target Audience
50 KIMS tutors in the KBIM program per session
