Learning Objectives: By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: 1. Define evidence-based practice and explain its importance in healthcare delivery. 2. Describe the five steps of the EBP process: Ask, Acquire, Appraise, Apply, and Assess. 3. Formulate answerable clinical questions using the PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) format. 4. Search for evidence effectively using clinical databases such as PubMed or Cochrane. 5. Critically appraise the validity, reliability, and applicability of research findings. 6. Integrate clinical expertise with the best available evidence and patient preferences in decision-making. 7. Apply EBP to real-world scenarios through interactive case-based discussions. 8.
